Check your inbox for the automatic reply and click on "Continue Application".
Complete the online application and click "Submit Application".
A confirmation email will be sent with additional instructions and important information.
Our staff will review your application and will contact you to arrange a date and time for you to provide official documents (as listed in the confirmation email).

2051 Cadet Contact Information Sheet
Fill out the Application Form with your parents/guardians and print it out. Ensure you completely read & understand the Code of Conduct.
Sign the forms in consultation with your parents/guardians.
We also provide the forms in-person.
Submit the completed forms in-person on a Thursday evening at our Corps. Please bring your Provincial Health Card and Birth Certificate / Passport.
