What is Cadet365

Cadet365 is a Microsoft Office 365 platform rolled out to support all personnel within the Cadets and Junior Canadian Rangers (CJCR) program. This suite includes familiar tools like Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with collaborative and remote working tools such as Teams, Planner, OneNote, and OneDrive.

This innovative, cloud-based platform allows users to work seamlessly across both personal and work devices, ensuring a balance between innovation, security, and accountability. Cadet365 is set to revolutionize the way we work within the organization.

As the only approved communication channel within the Canadian Cadet Organization (CCO) and 2051 Dragoons, Cadet365 is essential for all official communications.

Using Cadet365

Cadet365 is designed to streamline and standardize communication and collaboration within the Canadian Cadet Organization (CCO). To ensure consistent and secure interactions, all official communication to and from cadets and officers is required to be conducted exclusively via Cadet365. This mandate ensures that all communications are secure, traceable, and aligned with the standards of the CCO.

The platform offers several key tools:

  • Emails: Cadet365 is the designated platform for all email communication, ensuring that official messages are sent and received in a secure and monitored environment.

  • Teams: This tool serves as the central hub for collaboration. Teams channels facilitate posts, file sharing, announcements, and web meetings, enabling real-time interaction and coordination.

  • SharePoint: SharePoint provides a space for posting and sharing files, allowing easy access to important documents and resources across the organization.

By centralizing communication and collaboration through Cadet365, we enhance the efficiency, security, and effectiveness of our work within the CCO.
