​Accuracy & consistency is extremely difficult to achieve. Our coaches are dedicated to developing top performing teams by training our competitors in all aspects of marksmanship, including mental management through our proprietary mental management program.
Cadets use the Daisy/Avanti 853C air rifle at a 10m distance.

The bull is about the size of the head of a pen and worth between 10.0 and 10.9 points.

A maximum score on a target is 100 (or 109 when decimals are counted).

Cadets compete in two positions: (1) prone, and (2) standing.
We are looking for:

At least one team of 5 cadet competitors (minimum 2 juniors* on a team) and up to 2 spare competitors

One cadet coach to support the adult coach during training & competition
*A Junior competitor is a cadet who has not reached their 15th birthday two days
after the final day of the National Cadet Marksmanship Championship.
Cadets will be selected based on (1) participation, (2) performance, and (3) team synergy.
