About the event
Cadets will be participating in a single day activity focusing on winter survival skills. Cadets will learn about:
- Snowshoe techniques
- How to build various types of snow shelters
- Effective method to load and move equipment on sleds
- Lighting cold weather stoves and lanterns
- Cold weather first aid
Hot lunch is included.
